Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order through the All Natural Pharmacy website. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched. 

Domestic Shipping/ Postage 

Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout on the website. There is a standard postage fee charged for Domestic postage within Australia.     

International Shipping

We offer International Shipping. This rate is calculated and displayed at the time of checkout on the website. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us to let you know it’s been dispatched. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days from receiving the dispatch email, please contact us at hello@allnaturalpharmacy.com.au with your name and order number – we’ll check out what may be up. 

Refunds and exchanges

Please email hello@allnaturalpharmacy.com.au if you have a refund request. Given the nature of the product, we will not consider a refund if the product has been open or used.   

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us hello@allnaturalpharmacy.com.au with your order number and a photo of the condition upon delivery. We will address your case and work with you toward an outcome.
