In order to get a refund or exchange the product, you must contact us within 30 days.
Given the nature of the product, we will not consider a refund if the product has been opened or used.
Our products require regular, ongoing use to notice any shifts and impact. If you feel you’ve selected the wrong product and not opened it, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can have one of our support team discuss options with you. We do issue exchanges for other ANP products once you’ve liaised with our team and if we agree that the product selection may not be appropriate for your symptoms.
We’re constantly evolving as a business so any feedback you have around the product helps us improve and better our offering, for customers like you.
All Natural Pharmacy’s refund policy lasts 30 days should we agree to refund. We do not offer store credits. All Natural Pharmacy have the right to refuse a refund at the company’s discretion, without reasoning.
Should a refund be agreed upon, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs of postage and the customer is liable for the package posted.
